we are so desperately in need of money for this buying a house business.

we have liquidated pretty much everything we have, and we'll just barely have enough for the down payment and the closing costs.

i have no idea how we'll pay for the fumigation that we need, or the minor repairs that are needed on the roof. or paint for the inside walls. or a refrigerator. or a washer and dryer. or changing the locks.

and we can just forget about actually having the floors done, or getting new blinds.

and no, it's not a matter of just needing to be thrifty and do things ourselves or buy used appliances. because we don't even have enough for that.

i'm really scared. how the hell are we going to do this?
