yeah yeah. i know it's been forever.

here's the thing. there just keeps being more and more to tell you and i just keep putting it off until i have time to do it justice and then something else happens and so i put it off more and....

yeah well. here we are and it's been almost a month.

anyhoooo.

the latest?

my old company wants me back.

they want me for a job in a totally different department. a much cooler department, frankly. and they're willing to match my current base pay. which is like 20k more than i was making when i left there a month ago.

it's all so damn confusing. i'd burn major bridges at my new job. on the other hand, the new job? not all that awesome. not horrible by any means. but nothing i'd be that sad to leave.

there's so much more to it. and i just don't have the patience or time to write it all out right now.

i'm meeting with the team for this new/old job over the next week or two. then i'll know more about the job and potentially get an official offer and...well... guess then i'll have to make a real choice.

*sigh*

i didn't even call them, you guys. they called me.

it's like my life just refuses to stablize because it likes to see me stressed out.
