i had a phone interview today. for a job that sort of fell in my lap, at a decent but not very exciting company.

they actually contacted me, which makes for an interesting dynamic.

the company isn't nearly as much of a coup for my resume as my current job (or the one with the interview that got postponed), but they do have pretty decent benefits.

so anyway, since i'm not desperate, i told them i was looking for something that allowed telecommuting. she said they would allow it, but only up to 25% of the time (not sure how that would work...one and a quarter days a week? one week a month?). i told her i'd think about it, but i plan on calling her back in a few days and telling her thanks for the chance to learn about the role, but that i'm going to pass.

i know it's asking for a lot, to telecommute full time. but really, i have no reason to leave where i am for anything less. at least not right now.

we'll see what the future holds.

oh, and i had fish tacos for dinner tonight. rad.
